First post!

Welcome to my blog. I'll try to update my blog as often as possible and I'll definately be honest in my posts!

I've got my "A" race a week today, the Vitruvian (middle distance race), so I will be starting my taper on Monday morning. Was due to do an hours steady run today, but due to my sore ankle I went down the pool to use the Aqua-jogger instead. I did:

Warm-up:
400m moderate swim

Main set:
Aqua-jogger (1 min hard, 1 min easy, 2 min hard, 1 min easy, 3 min hard, 1 min easy, 4 min hard, 1 min easy, 5 min hard, 1min easy, 5 min hard, 1 min easy, 4 min hard, 1 min easy, 3 min hard, 1 min easy, 2 min hard, 1 min easy, 1min hard, 1 min easy)

Cool down:
400m easy swim down

Total time: 1 hour

I've got a 2 hour ride tomorrow (steady stuff) and will probably go out early as there is a local sprint tri that I would like to go and watch, so I can incorporate the two together.
