Had a horrible swim session this morning. Not that it was hard, I just felt terrible. From the first length I felt so sluggish, not sure why. Anyway, here's the session that I did:
WU:6 x 50 done as 25 drill of choice, 25 building speed.
MS:400 (40s rest).4 x 25 fast (20s).300 (30s).3 x 25 fast (20s).200 (20s).2 x 25 fast (20s ).100 fast.
CD: 200 easy kicks and swims of your choice.
Total - 1725m
Got an hours turbo session tonight (including 6 x 3mins threshold - 3mins recovery), looking forward to this one. Short and sharp! Just how I like it.
