One hundred push ups

So, apart from the Cardiff half marathon, I thought I needed a short term challenge to keep me motivated. So I came across the one hundred press ups training plan. In short, it's a 6 week program, training 3 times a week and at the end of 6 weeks you should be able to do one hundred consecutive press ups - sounds simple. It looks like a good plan to improve your strength and fitness, even for us weak triathletes!

I've just finished week 1 and to be honest it wasn't that hard. It's an easy to follow plan and should only take you about 30 minutes a week, so won't get in the way of your normal training.
