The muesli I have been trying is the “Ultimate” muesli, their top of the range one if you like. It has 23 ingredients from almonds to apricots, linseeds to goji berries (nice!), quinoa, oats, rye and barley flakes, amongst many more ingredients. With my Ironman training I’m trying to eat a more healthy balanced diet, which essentially means eating more real food. So no processed rubbish (apart from the odd treat) for me anymore, so this stuff hits the spot – and no added salt or sugar either!
In doing our bit for the environment, it’s all organic and sourced from sustainably grown ingredients, and all the packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable. What more could you ask for?
Why not give it a try? Check out their rather cool looking website at http://www.rudehealth.com/ for more information. Train smart everyone!

Sounds lovely. But at £9.95 for a kg pack it's a bit pricey - how long would a kg pack last? A week?
Yes, you're right T-Man, it isn't the cheapest one out there, but it is certainly the best. And with your new status, money shouldn't be an issue! :-)
I wish, buddy, I wish ...
Looks very nice Frank. But can it beat Tesco Value Jaffa Cakes and Scots oats? I think Andy receives sponsorship from these guys? Don't think that i could push to spend £10 on breaky cereal dude.
You should try it young Sags, much better than Jaffa Cakes any day!
