Legs feeling better today

My legs are starting to feel normal again today! My quads have been pretty shot since Sunday's half marathon, so have taken the training easy so far this week, concentrating on swimming and doing some easy bike sessions.

I tried a tougher turbo session tonight and surprisingly they felt fine. I'm meant to have a rest day tomorrow, but might pop down to the pool for an easy swim, just to keep the legs moving without putting any undue stress on them. Then Saturday and Sunday is back to my usual weekend staple of a long run and a long bike. We'll see how the legs are after those sessions!
