
So, for the last few days I've tried to get out and walk for about an hour a day to help with my rehab. It's been great, I've found some really nice trails near my house and it's been good just to get out in the fresh air and enjoy a bit of nature.
The walks have helped as it almost feels like I'm out there doing some training, when in fact I'm not (well, not really), just keeping active and being outdoors helps with the whole recovey process.
Train smart all!
