Ok, today was meant to be a 5 hour ride (followed by a transition run) but unfortunately the Welsh weather wasn't kind to me, in fact it was pissing down! There was a moment when I was going to HTFU and just go out and get drenched, however I saw sense and decided to turbo instead. I ended up turbo-ing for 2hr45 with a 20 minute transition run after that. Felt good! That takes this weeks training volume up to about 13 hours, my biggest week so far. I think I deserve an easier week next week! Train smart all.The is the triathlon blog of Mark "Frank" Whittle.
