Time for a smoothie?

Is it time for a smoothie? I think so! A smoothie is the ideal way to supplement your daily nutrition, they're great for breakfast or post a hard workout. We know all too well that in today's fast lane society it's often hard to find time to get your 5 a day, maybe a smoothie is the answer. Make up a large batch and keep half in the fridge.

Here’s what I put in mine:
Frozen berries – a must
Banana – helps the smoothie be smooth
Orange Juice - for the liquid content
Protein Powder – Neutral or vanilla flavour
Pro-biotic drink - adds flavour and goodness

And that's it, you're good to go! Enjoy!

And 3 large scoops of Cornish full cream vanilla ice cream. Then its a proper smoothie!

Yes, Ice cream makes them nicer! You can always use low fat. I find the 'half for later' is about 30 mins later!
