My training over the last 2 weeks has been really quite good; I’m starting to get back into the groove after the Xmas & New Years festivities. My plan each week has been pretty much 2-3 swims, 3 bikes & 3-4 runs (this includes a long brick on Sundays). Included within some of these sessions have been various test sets, just to set a marker for future sessions.
My next 2 week block will be much the same, except next week will be my easy week. I’m looking forward to next couple of months of training, after which the Ironman specific block will kick in. That should be fun!
