
Yes, the cross trainer is my new friend! I’ve been using the cross trainer for the last 3 days, trying to ease myself back into some kind of training. I’ve only been doing 30-45 minute sessions at a relatively low intensity; however I have managed to get a good sweat on without feeling any unease or pain from the stomach/core area.
This is a positive step for me, and shows things are going in the right direction. I’m still progressing with caution, but things are looking good so far. I’m still not allowed to swim yet, although by early next week I hope to get into the water and start some easy swim stuff. Onwards and upwards!

Cheers Roy, just got to re-evaluate my goals and ease myself back into training and everything should be fine. Train smart.
