
Today is the end of a big training week, 17 hours for me is a massive week and I can definatley feel the fatigue in my body now. I managed 3 swims, 3 bikes and 4 runs (including some brick sessions), so you can see there's a fair bit of volume in there as opposed to a lot of frequency. Time to get the big miles in!
But it doesn't stop there, next week is another big week, I'm not sure what my coach has planned for me yet but it's a bike focus week so I guess I'll be busy logging the miles! Train smart all!

Good training mate, especially considering your op.
Be great if you can make QCB as well - turning into a right party.
