Good training week

This week has been a solid training week, I've managed 4 swims, 3 bike rides and 3 runs, taking me up to about twelve and a half hours.

I managed a tough 4+ hours on the bike yesterday, followed by a swift transition run; I must admit I struggled through the last hour on the bike. The route was hilly and we seemed to be always riding into the wind; a tough ride but worth it in the end.

Today was a longer run, 90 minutes at ironman pace. This was fairly easy, but I could definately feel yesterdays ride in my legs. Train smart!

Hi Frank

Well done for getting back into the training regime. I've been laughing at the banter about you on a certain cycling forum. It seems there are some plans afoot to upset your training with pointless jobs. BEWARE!
