Rest day.......time to relax

I've had a busy few days training and today is my day to rest and recuperate, chill out if you like, stay off my feet, drink plenty, eat well and recover significantly enough to be ready for another big tomorrow.

Next week I had planned race at Odiham mid-week and a local open water sprint event on the weekend. I might give the Odiham race a miss next week and just do the local open water sprint triathlon, I doubt I'll get any training benefit from the Odiham race whereas the I haven't had the chance to do any open water swimming yet this year, so the local sprint triathlon looks more appealing at the moment. Train smart all!
