Me and a couple of the guys from work went mountain biking up at Cwmcarn this morning. The forecast was meant to be cold, and the forecast was right! It was minus 3'C in the car park, so it must have been the same up on the mountain, if not colder. It was a very, very cold day, the route was very slippery, which made it a tough day. We did the 18km Twrch trail again, this time with a few different twists and turns from the previous time. A great time was had by all, particularly in the Freeride section at the top which has some amazing free flowing parts with great jumps! Train smart all!
