Pembrokeshire duathlon this weekend

This weekend (Sunday) I'll be doing my first race of the season, the Pembrokeshire duathlon. It's a 5k run/22k bike/2.5k run duathlon based out of Neyland marina. I've not done this event before (which is surprising as it is only a few miles from my Mum and Dad's house), however I understand that the run is flat and smooth, but not sure about the bike section yet. I'll do a recce on Saturday and find out, but that area is generally flat so there should be no major hills to worry about, perhaps a few rollers but nothing drastic.

This will be the first outing for my TT bike too (this year). She's nice and clean at the moment, with a new chain, new pedals and some new wheels too. She looks great, I just hope I can do her justice. Train smart all!
