Xmas is almost here and boy, is it cold! I guess it's all relative really, I've just returned from a 5 night break where it was at least 25'C everyday! Pure luxury! We were very lucky to get both our flights out of and into Heathrow due to the chaos that's been created by the snow, it could have been so different, but thankfully we weren't effected.
I hope everyone has been good boys and girls, and Santa brings all the tri/bike bling you asked for! So here's wishing you all a very Merry Xmas and best wishes for an amazing 2011. Train smart all!

We've had 25 degrees for weeks, alas not the same scale as you were talking about!

No snow down here on the South Coast - very cold but no snow.
No concrete plans yet K, I've got a few things to sort out before I can commit to any "serious" races. But there will be a few early 5/10k runs and duathlons in the mix just for a bit of fun and to keep me motivated. Train smart guys!
