I've just returned from a 3 day break in London with friends. A fantastic time was had by all, and we certainly "enjoyed" ourselves on the eating & drinking front. It was nice to have a break from triathlon, chill out and simply enjoy some great company. London was very busy, obviously gearing up for the Royal wedding next week. The Household Cavalry were doing some dress rehearsals down at Buckingham Palace and as you can imagine, this drew a huge crowd of tourists! Anyway, back to some kind of normality and back to some training before Wednesdays InterService duathlon race at Hullavington. Train smart all!
