My latest OU assignment is due next week, so it's all hands to pump on that front, and I'm still trying to continue with some consistent training. I managed 14 hours the week before last, 15 hours last week and I hope to do the same this week, although the weather might get in the way of some of the longer bike rides (I hate long turbo sessions!). I'll have a "big" week again next week, then I'll be taking a break for just over a week and then it'll be taper time! I love taper time!
You'll notice my GB kit on the right, this is my motivation at the moment. When I'm tired from training, study, work or driving, I take a quick glance at this photo, then I get my ass out the door and get the session done! Not long to go now!

must have loads of training in the bag now, i heard a rumour you were getting one day a week off to train?
