Another blog dedicated to Nat!!!Yes, time is flying by, it's only about 7 weeks until the big race in Finland. Things have been really busy recently, what with work trips to Toulouse (not as good as it sounds!), OU assignments to write (78% in my first one!) and trying to fit in some decent training hours, it's been a little busy, but to keep Nat happy I'll be blogging more regularly over the next few weeks.
A big congratulations goes out to Super Sags, who was crowned British middle distance champ this weekend! Well done fella, truely deserved!
I'll be posting up some training updates, some product reviews and some race results, I bet you can't wait?!?!?! Train smart all!
