I had 3 or 4 people running the Cardiff half marathon today and I'm pleased to say they all had a great day! Admittedly they're all novices, so improvements are expected, but working with novices makes it so exciting. They're all short on time due to work and family commitments but work hard with the limited time they have to train, and it showed today. I'm really proud of all them, very well done guys!
