I've just come out the other side having succumbed to some kind of cold/manflu thing over the weekend, in fact I did no training for 3 days, which is unheard of for me!
I'm back training, maybe not 100% recovered but healthy enough to keep things ticking over. I have a 5km race planned in for Saturday, so should be healthy by then if not 100% fit, so won't be expecting to tear up any trees and get near/set a new PB, but it'll be nice to stretch my legs and see how I'm going. Train & race smart all!
