That's another week of easy exercising/training finished, now time to start building up to the Cardiff half marathon (4 weeks away). Here's my week's completed sessions:
Mon: easy 50 min swim (mainly drills)
Tues: easy 30 min recovery run
Weds: easy 1500m swim & 60 mins of 5 a-side football
Thurs: Spinning class
Fri: Body Balance class
Sat: easy 45 min run
Sun: steady 90 min run (including 15sec pick ups every 5 mins)
My coach has planned a big week (for me) this week, as I'm out in France with work next week for a few days, so won't be able to get in much training out there (no gyms in the French hotels!). I've got a bit of a niggle in my groin too, so might have to back off a little bit and make sure that is right before smacking it on the treadmill (a lot of tempo/interval work planned in for the next few weeks). Also got a track day (bike) on Wednesday, that should be fun, never ridden on a track before! I'm willing to try anything once - within reason!

A bit of a niggle in the groin whilst staying in a French hotel?
