This weeks training

It's been a week since the Vitruvian and I'm now starting to feel ready to start training properly again. I'm planning on doing the Cardiff half marathon in 5 weeks time, hoping to PB there as it's a nice flat course. My coach (Richard Jones @ www.thetrilife.com) thinks I should have some more time to rest before starting training properly again, but I think this week I'll do something similar to what I did last week and then start some structured training after that.

Last weeks training:
Mon: easy 1500m swim
Tues: easy 30 min recovery run
Weds: rest day
Thurs: easy 400m swim/20 min aquajog/400m easy swim
Fri: Body Balance class
Sat: steady 30 min run
Sun: easy 60 min bike

That is a nice and easy week dude. I find that I feel ready to rock after a week but then when I do anything hardish thats when you really know if you are recovered.
