Well, it's been a busy few days since I posted last. So what have I been up to?
Sat/Sun - I did a Nordic Walking Instructor course and am now a fully qualified Nordic Walking UK (NWUK) level 2 instructor.
Mon - Swim session
Tues - Mini brick session (45 mins bike/15 mins run) & sports massage clinic appointments in the evening
Weds - Swim session before driving up to Hullavington to watch my club mates take part in our inter-club championships. Before the race, a clubmate and I went out on the bikes (I wasn't racing the duathlon) for a nice steady 1hr45 ride. We then watched the duathlon, which was great, there was some real quick lads there and you should have seen all the bike bling on show! When I got home I went out for a quick 20 min jog just to keep the legs ticking over
I've got tomorrow off work, so am going to do 3-4 hours training on the bike, and I might do a local aquathon in the evening, just to blow the cobwebs out (I'll have to dig my wetsuit out too!). Yes, I'm a busy boy at the moment!
I'll have some product reviews coming up this weekend too (hopefully). I've got my hands on some new kit from a brand new UK triathlon company called Zone3 (http://www.racezone3.com/) and will be testing them out - watch this space!

3-4 hours on the bike followed by an Aquathon. And you couldn't be bothered to throw on the colours to give the Army a good training session the day before!!! Shame on you Frank! ;-)
Phil Mc :-)
PS Only kidding mate!
Didn't manage to get to the aquathon, so it was just 3 hours on the bike instead! :-)
Hope you're "enjoying" the "training camp"!!
