Last few days of training

Over the last few days the training has been going ok, still taking it easy in the main but I did do a test set in each discipline just to see how much fitness I'd lost. And I'd lost a fair bit!

I've lost about 20 seconds on the swim (400m), about 10-15 watts on the bike (CP30 test) and about 40 seconds on the run (5k). These tests were very hard, very hard indeed, but they are a good marker for me to move on from. My stomach felt fine throughout these sessions but I could tell I'd been out of action for over 4 weeks! Train smart all!

Don't panic buddy, that's not a total disaster - I trust you didn't do all those tests on the same day! I'm sure your coach will have you purring along again in no time.

No, the tests were done on different days.....not that stupid! You don't need to answer that.
