An oldie, but a goodie......

OK, this is an old stretch that I've just let slip from my routine and after realising how weak and inflexible I am in the core, I've decided to reintroduce it. I spoke about this stretch back in December 2008 and it is the same one, nothing has changed, it is called the Sun Salutation Pose and consists of a flowing series of 12 poses (or stretches) which help improve strength and flexibility of the body’s muscles and spinal column. It also warms up the body and tones the abdominal muscles.

Check it out here: http://www.abc-of-yoga.com/yogapractice/sunsalutation.asp

It's a great stretch and only takes a few minutes, I’m sure everyone would benefit from adding this to your routine. Train smart all!
