This week I have mainly been running, with a view to the Cardiff half marathon in a month's time. This week consisted of an easy brick (recovery session), one hard interval session, one relay road race (we won!), one steady 60 minute run and a body balance class. That was followed up this weekend with a 90 minute very easy run, a 2hr45 nordic walk and another hard interval session. I'm pretty tired this evening, but nothing a nice spot of tea won't sort out! Train smart all!The is the triathlon blog of Mark "Frank" Whittle. I'm a triathlete with multiple Ironman finishes and a GB age grouper, having raced in Finland in the European Long Distance Championships. Hope you enjoy my blog.
