New bit of kit.......the TRX!
I've been thinking about getting a TRX for a while, so I put it on my Xmas list and thought Santa might get it for me. However, before Santa had time to get to the shops to get me one, my amazing wife surprised me by ordering me one off the internet as a surprise present! Thanks babe.
So what's a TRX? Essentially it's a suspension trainer, which means you use your own bodyweight to carry out leveraged exercises. It's portable (it packs up really small), so you can take it on work trips or on holiday to make sure you get your workout anywhere you like. It can be used to build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility, all at the intensity you choose.
I've only used it a few times since it arrived, but I love it! It's a whole body workout system, however it really concentrates on the core on all the exercises that you do, as you have to brace or support your mid-section during all of the exercises. My abs know they've been worked that's for sure! Train smart all!

Sounds interesting.
Sounds like some kind of bondage kit!
Sounds like somebody is going to be tied up !!! hahaha!!!
Again, I will be requesting some feedback on this. Since I was contemplating the idea of buying this.
Saw it on the gadget show last night, it received the accolade for number 1 peice of home gym equipment, let me know how you get on.
It’s a great piece of kit guys, it’s not cheap (but it was a gift so I don’t care!), exceptionally user friendly and very, very functional. And as it puts the user in a position of instability, it forces you to use those small stabilising muscles that normally don’t get worked by using fixed machines.
Check out the video’s on YouTube for more ideas on the exercise and routines that are available. Check it out, you know you want to!
